Work creatively. Resources for startup is limited, with the constraints, I learned to be creative. I transformed our entire team into a QA force with a bug report one pager to help me collaborate with developer. And used poster to put on the place elderly usually go(bridge club, library, etc) to recruit interviewees.

Navigate through ambiguity and embrace changes. Is rare that the initial brief end up being the same thing implemented, presenting early progress and deeply understanding project intentions allowed me to have a holistic view and instant feedback and the ability to provide diverse solutions to meet the need.

Take the initiative to make changes. I learned to proactively suggest improvements and adapt to evolving workflows, fostering a deeper understanding of operations.
